1. Booking & Payment

To secure your spot, you may choose one of the following options:

a. Full Payment Upfront: 100% of the retreat fee is payable at the time of booking.

b. 50/50 Payment Plan:
• 50% deposit due at booking.
• Remaining 50% due 60 days prior to retreat start date.

Late Payments:
• Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of your deposit.
• Rebooking is subject to availability and immediate full payment.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or credit card (processing fees may apply).

2. Cancellation Policy

Guest Cancellations:

• More than 90 days (3 months) before the retreat start date: A refund is available, minus a 20% non-refundable admin fee.

• Between 61–90 days before the retreat: 50% of the total fee will be forfeited.

• 60 days or less before the retreat: No refund will be given.

Booking Transfers:
You may transfer your booking to another person (no cost) with written notice at least 30 days before the retreat.

3. Retreat Modifications & Cancellations

Kizuna Events reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances.

In this case, you will receive either:
• A full refund, OR
• Transfer of funds to a future retreat date.

We are not liable for any external costs (e.g. flights, transfers, visas).

4. Travel & Health Insurance

All participants must hold comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and belongings.

Proof of insurance must be provided 30 days prior to retreat start.

5. Health & Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and emotionally able to attend.

Any health conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed at booking.

6. Liability Waiver

Kizuna Events is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the retreat.

All participation is at your own risk.

7. Code of Conduct

Respectful conduct is expected. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the retreat without refund.

8. Photography & Media

Photos/videos may be taken for promotional use.

Notify us in writing before the retreat if you prefer not to be included.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Victoria’s courts.
